Optimal Athletics helps your child learn and develop solid techniques by focusing on the fundamentals of the game. We offer skills development for basketball, football and soccer.

Agility

Agility and quickness training improves an athlete’s ability to change direction, brake suddenly and perform sport-specific skills with speed and dexterity.

Core Strength

Strength training is an essential element of fitness for virtually every young athlete and helps improve speed, endurance and explosive power.

Optimal Athletics offers individual and group instruction, so your child can feel more comfortable in a group setting or receive more personal instruction in a one on one atmosphere.

Basketball Clinics

Help your child prepare for their upcoming season or stay active during holiday and summer breaks in a structured and fun environment. Our basketball clinics include individual skills drills, basketball team fundamentals and game simulations. Stay tuned for our upcoming schedule.

Gym Locations

Our clinics and other coaching sessions typically take place in one of these Chicagoland facilities. We are happy to work at other gyms upon request.
